Question about stock ITR air filters

Is the stock ITR filter a panel shape. That's the style of the one in my stock del sol air box.

Reason being: I finally concluded the easist shape to work with is a panel shape on a homemade cold air box. Reading through FAQS on K&N's site tells me the shape is not important, just the amount of flow area.

I think the ITR's size in a replacement K&N filter should be just about right to work with. But I just wanted to make sure it is a panel shape, not cone, or some other shape.

its a CONE.....jus like the LS, GSR.......Well, not soo much a CONE, but more like a "cylinder" (coffee can)
